“Jiu-Jitsu puts you completely in the moment, where you must have a complete focus on finding a solution to the problem. This trains the mind to build that focus, to increase your awareness, your capacity to solve problems.”  --Rickson Gracie

Service

Give unselfishly to this journey. Be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.

Control

Advanced members will exercise control when training/teaching newer members. Beginners will exercise control and apply the skills you are being taught. Remember why you are here.

Respect

Respect the instructors by listening and applying yourself fully to the knowledge that is being passed. Respect each other by keeping each other healthy, by not injuring each other, so we can continue training.

Self-Improvement

Try to develop a habit of making yourself better. Being coachable allows you to be flexible and adaptable to life’s challenges. By helping others, strengthen your character and our whole veteran community.
